Yes. Our team personally verifies every PG listed on Shelterly. We check the location, facilities, pricing, and basic standards before listing.
Click the “Schedule Visit” button on any PG listing. Enter your details and preferred time. The PG owner will confirm, and you’ll receive visit details via WhatsApp or SMS.
A virtual tour allows you to view the PG remotely through a video call (WhatsApp / Google Meet / Zoom), where the owner shows the property live and answers your questions.
Yes. Click the heart icon on any listing to add it to your wishlist. You can view saved PGs anytime from your profile.
No. All rent and deposit payments are made directly to the PG owner. Shelterly acts only as a connecting platform.
Security deposits usually range between 1 and 2 months’ rent, depending on the PG. The exact amount is mentioned on each listing. Always confirm final payment details with the owner.
Rent and deposit terms are set by the PG owner and may be subject to their policies. We recommend confirming all details directly before making payments.
Shelterly can try to assist or mediate where possible. However, agreements are between the tenant and PG owner, and final responsibility lies with them.
